I offer a variety of services revolving around the World Wide Web, aka the Internet. Basically it is all about how to create, operate and maintain a working website.

A website that works for you
If you have a business and need a business website you want a website which is working for your business. If you are designing a website as a web designer for a client you really want that website to work. Fast, simple, reliable and secure websites—that's my business.
As a former server systems engineer and also network technician for more than 13 years I have a profound knowledge of how the Internet works. With this background I am in a unique position to provide web services in a more technical oriented fashion.
Before I begin with a brief overview for the different service let me explain my key focus which is something that applies to all my services. My web services are technical oriented.
Technical oriented
Now, what does web services in a technical oriented fashion mean? It basically means that it will work and it will work faster. Faster can mean any or all of three things and in a nutshell: the whole development process is quicker and the pages load faster.
A quicker development process means I can offer my services to you for less money, cheaper for you. Quicker page loads means that visitors to your website are not turning away because your webpages are taking too long. Visitors turning away can mean you are missing income. Finally, when pages load faster your server doesn't get overloaded too early. This will give you more bang for your buck.
Here's another interesting fact. A lot of time and therefore cost is usually spend when people know how to do something but don't understand why. This is something you can see everywhere; not only in IT or with web design and development. However, in IT this can get costly when things don't go as planned.
In the field of web design or development, many people don't have a technical background. They are flying by the seat of their pants. To be frank I do too but my pants have seen many seats.

Website Consulting Services
Do you know everything about web design and web development? No? Neither do I and everybody else. Don't think or believe that others know everything. Nobody does, but the good ones know where to look for answers.
More than 13 years in the IT business leave a mark with a wealth of knowledge. Even if there is something I don't know yet in detail with my experience I know where to look for help and can make sense out of it quickly.

Startup Consulting
I'm active member in the startup community here in Austin, TX. I've also started a couple Internet businesses which pretty much failed, I have to confess, but left me with a ton of knowledge how not to do it.
Although there is a good amount of valuable knowledge available on the web for small businesses and startups I've come to grips that it is increasingly difficult even for a technical person to work out the right strategy. I'm the living and still breathing example. With a decade of IT experience I thought I'm well prepared but I wasn't. I am now but the business I've attempted is dead locked and it is time to move on and not just share my experience but offer my knowledge with help and advice.

Zend Development / Developer
PHP is a widely supported server-side scripting language and runs on basically every web server. The Zend Framework has been invented by the people behind PHP and it is an extensive library reducing development time significantly.

Web Design & Developer
If you need a new website or like to move your existing website into a new environment then you should take a look at my Web Design & Developer services. As you can see from the previous service my strength is actually development and there is in fact some difference between a designer and a developer. Sometimes, I collaborate with a designer as a developer or will be more than happy to work with a web designer of your choice. The ultimate goal is to turn the design into a working website.
The heart of Texas
I am based in Austin which is right in the heart of Texas but fear not. I am interested and able to work all over the globe. If you live and breathe the Internet it is almost a given to take full advantage of it. Right?
